What You Need to Know     Special Events     A Little About Chocolate      
How Does It Work?

 

 

The Boar's Nest, IL  A presentation of savory Nacho fountain, as well as a luscious Chocolate fountain.

 
When you contact us, we will start by asking some questions about you:
    • Your Name?
    • Contact information (phone number, address, email ...)?

Then we will ask questions about your event:

    • The date of your event?
    • The location of your event?
    • Number of guests you are expecting?
    • Are you working with a caterer?
    • How do you want to use the fountain (main food item, dessert, late night entertainment)?

 

Next we will explain what we provide and what we don't provide:

    • We only provide attended service for our fountains.
    • We will set up approximately 1 hour before your event, attend it for a minimum of 2 hours, providing all the chocolate and bamboo skewers and serving pieces when you purchase your Dipping Delights through us, and then clean it up for you.
    • We can provide our own table and linens, if needed.
    • We can provide plates and napkins for an additional fee.

 

Then we will be ready to talk to you about specifics:

~Chocolate options
  • Semi-sweet is our standard
  • Or you can upgrade to White Chocolate
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Milk Chocolate
  • Sugar Free Chocolate
  • Non-Chocolate Options (i.e. Cheese Fondue, Nacho Cheese, Barbecue, or Savory Dips)
~Dipping Delight options
  • you can purchase them through your caterer,
  • from us,
  • or provide them yourself (following our guidelines)
~Additional Options
  • Premium Dipping Delights
  • Additional Guests
  • Additional time

Then we will:

    • Give you a verbal estimate.
    • Mail or e-mail your estimate to you.
    • Inform you, that to secure your event's date, we require a deposit of 50% of your estimate's total, with the remaining balance due before the start of your event, and that you have the option of using Paypal for your transactions.
    • Confirm that your event's location is indoors, has a kitchen or preparation area with a sink we can use, and electricity.

 

Finally we will:

    • Explain that once we receive your deposit, you will receive a receipt/statement and a confirmation letter.
    • Tell you that 5 to 10 days before your event we will contact you to confirm final details,(i.e. final guest count, directions to your event and instructions for parking and unloading, etc...)
    • Ask if you have any questions.
    • Ask you to call us if you have any questions or need further assistance.
    • Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you.
