Here is a list of some of our special offerings at this time.

Individual meals range from $6.00 - $12.00.  Buffets range from $10.00-$25.00 per guest.



Dinner Soups: 

Chicken Pie Soup:  A homey soup, with white meat chicken, mixed vegetables, and a thick, creamy broth.

Chula Chili:  A traditional tomato based chili, with pinto beans, green peppers, onions and beef.

Southwest Fiesta Soup: A lighter vegetable broth based soup, with black beans and mixed vegetables, and a mild salsa taste.

Italian Wedding Soup: A light chicken based soup with northern beans, mixed vegetables, Italian seasonings and pasta.

Asparagus soup:  A creamy soup with a tangy hint of lemon and sour cream.

Chicken and Dumplings: A comfort food with gently seasoned  broth and fluffy dropped dumplings.

Oriental Ramen Soup: Rice noodles in an Asian broth with mixed vegetables.

Tortellini Soup: Made with a rich Italian tomato base and tender cheese filled tortellini.



Dinner Salads:

Chicken Taco Salad: Crisp Greens topped with frijoles, seasoned chicken, green onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and sour cream and dressed with a traditional Baja dressing.

Beef Taco Salad:  Crisp Greens topped with frijoles, seasoned beef, green onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and sour cream and dressed with a traditional Baja dressing.

Tracy’s Chicken Salad:  Chunks of white meat chicken, with green onions, grapes, celery and tossed with a savory and creamy dressing.  (Option: served as sandwich or on fresh pineapple)

California Chicken Salad:  Shreds of white meat chicken, grapes and almonds, served with savory seasoned butter based dressing. (Options: served as sandwich or stand alone with a bread side.)




Quiches:

Traditional Lorraine:  Flaky crust filled with savory custard, bacon, spinach, and Swiss cheese.

Italian Quiche:  Flaky crust filled with savory custard, thinly sliced pepperoni, mozzarella, and served with a mild garlic marinara.

Mexican Quiche:  Flaky crust filled with a savory custard, seasoned beef, green onion, Monterey jack cheese, served with a mild salsa.

Reuben Style Quiche:  Flaky crust lined with thinly sliced pastrami and sauerkraut filled with savory custard.



Entrees:

Maryland Barbecue Sandwich: A hearty portion of shredded meat in a tangy and smoky tomato base, served with a bun.

Roasted Beef: Tender beef roasted with potatoes, carrots and onions, and Au Jus.

Kincaid’s Chicken Dinner: Marinated, breaded and oven baked boneless Chicken Breast with a hint of Dijon

Chocolate Chicken: Moist and tender chicken seasoned with white wine, garlic and grated savory chocolate, served on a bed of angel hair pasta.

Hawaiian Delight: Flame kissed Beef and Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs with onion, tomato and sweet pepper, served on a bed of rice.

Fried Chicken:  Tender and succulent chicken with a crispy coating.

Roasted Pork Loin: Tender boneless pork loin slices served with a savory, fresh herb gravy.

Endicot Kabobs: with a choice of beef, chicken, pork and/or lamb, this marinated kabob with a hint of mint, is delicious with either a pasta or rice side.

Individual Meatloaf: A moist and comforting portion of seasoned ground meats, topped with a sweet tomato sauce.

Enchiladas: with a choice of either beef, chicken pork or cheese and rolled with either corn or flour tortillas.

Pepper Steak Stir Fry:  Tender slices of beef with bell peppers, onion, and tomatoes in a rich oriental seasoned sauce.

Pasta with Sauce:  An  selection of pasta, al dente, with choice of Marinara, Alfredo or Scampi sauce.

Machaca: Roasted and shredded beef or pork with garlic, onions, peppers, tomatoes and Mexican seasonings, served with warm flour tortillas.



Side Salads:

            Garden Salad:  Traditional iceberg lettuce mix, with croutons.

Spring Mix:  A delightful combination of spring greens, baby spinach, and iceberg shreds.

Spinach Salad:  Tender Baby Spinach, served with a sweet and warm bacon dressing.

Cool Berry Salad:  Berry flavored gelatins lightened with whipped cream cheese.

Tropical Fruit Cocktail:  Mandarin Oranges, shredded coconut and juicy pineapple make up this refreshing salad.

German Potato Salad: Tender potato bites with onion, egg and a touch of bacon.

Potato Salad: A traditionally made side with a hint of mustard.

Sweet Coleslaw: Cool and crispy with a southern sweetness.

Tangy Coleslaw:  Crisp with a vinegar dressing.

Caesar Pasta:  With rotini pasta and dressed in a traditional or creamy Caesar dressing.

Italian Pasta: A bowtie pasta with fresh basil and other traditionally Italian seasonings.




Side Dishes:

Home-style Green Beans:  French cut green beans sautéed with onion and bacon.

Green Beans Almondine:  Whole beans sautéed in garlic and onions with sliced almonds.

Ranch-style Beans: Tender pintos in a smoky sauce.

Mexican Frijoles:  Refried pinto beans with traditional Mexican seasonings.

Saffron Rice:  Delicately flavored rice.

Jasmine Rice:  Traditional oriental rice with the flavor of jasmine.

Spanish Rice: Traditional tomato, onion and chili blend

Mexican Rice: Medium grain rice seasoned with traditional Mexican seasonings.

Mashed Potatoes:  Served traditional or with flavorful garlic seasonings.

Mashed Sweet Potatoes: Served savory style.

Baked Beans: Boston styled baked beans with a sweet hickory taste.

Mixed Steamed Vegetables:  A colorful selection of vegetables steamed and seasoned to suit every pallet.

Oriental Stir Fry: An assortment of vegetables that brings the East to the West.




Desserts:

Chocolate Fountain:  Warm and indulgent chocolate flows while guests choice from assorted cookies, pretzels, marshmallows, and graham sticks. (Options: fresh fruit or premium items are available.)


Cheesecake:  A luscious wedge of premium cheesecake. (Options: New York, Turtle, Fruit topped)

Cake:  A generous slice of tender and moist cake.  (Options: Angel Food, Pumpkin Spice, Chocolate, Lemon, Molten Chocolate, Mocha Cream, and Vanilla)

Pudding: A smooth and satisfying portion of traditional vanilla, chocolate, butterscotch cream puddings, or cinnamon bread pudding or caramel flan.

Cookies:  Delicate “Lace”, Hearty oatmeal, beautiful raspberry swirls,traditional chocolate chip, Pecan Sandies…
